No call out chargesThere is no charge for a mechanic coming to try and repair your vehicle at the roadside.
Roadside Mechanic Roadside MechanicA trained mechanic will spend up to one hour trying to fix your vehicle at the roadside. This does not cover the cost of any new parts that may be required.
Recovery to a local garage Recovery to a local garageIf a roadside mechanic can't fix your vehicle, it will be taken to a nearby garage within 20 miles of the breakdown to be repaired at your cost.
Recovery to your destination Recovery to your destinationIf your vehicle can't be fixed on the same day you'll be provided with one of the following:
- Your vehicle, the driver and up to six passengers to be taken home or to your intended destination, anywhere in the UK. Your vehicle will then be taken to a garage of your choice within 20 miles.

If it can't be fixed we will arrange for the vehicle to be taken to a local garage to be repaired. If your vehicle can't be repaired, you will be covered for the cost of recovery to a UK destination. The cost of delivery of spare parts is also covered.
