for us to get you a lower quote. Make sure you have all the information handy when
you call for a quote, it’ll save time as well as money.
The information you need to have with you is:
- Your car registration number
- The year of manufacture of the car
- Your car’s value
- Any modifications that have been made to your car – if there are more than two it’s
really helpful if you email or fax a detailed list over to us. That way we know
we have every last one covered!
- Details of any additional security devices fitted (with certificates). This could
save you money!
- Your planned mileage over the coming year. If it’s likely to be low, you could save
money on your premium – the main trigger distances are 3,000, 5,000 and 8,000 miles

- Your driving history – including any penalty points earned
- Where your car is stored overnight. If it’s in secure garaging, your premium could
