Cashback Plus Terms & Conditions

1. This offer applies to customers who are new to Swinton in respect of the insurances that are available under the Cashback Plus offer.

2. All new annual policies incepted must be in the name of the same policyholder.

3. A cashback amount will be earned in respect of each new policy incepted.

4. The individual cashback amounts will vary depending on the number of new policies you move to Swinton and the order in which these are taken out, up to a maximum of 7 policies. If further policies are taken out, different cashback amounts may apply.

5. Cashback Plus is only available through our branch network, specialist units and our call centres.

6. Individual policy cashback terms and conditions apply. Ask for more details or visit www.swinton.co.uk/cashbackplus.

7. The customer must validate their claim for each individual cashback within 30 days of purchase.

8. A cheque in the name of the first named policy holder will be sent to their home address after 90 days of the applicable policy start date.

9. The applicable policy must still be in force 90 days after the policy start date.

10. All appropriate payments due to us in respect of that policy must be up to date and received by us, any direct debit arrangements must be supported by a valid direct debit instruction.

11. If the cashback cheque is sent and the applicable policy cancelled within 12 months of inception Swinton has the right to deduct up to the full amount of individual cashback issued from any refund due.

12. Home Insurance applies to combined building and contents policies only.

13. This offer is not redeemable against online transactions.

14. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.

15. Offer not available to employees of Swinton, their families or employees of companies connected to Swinton.

This offer is redeemable when you ring Swinton on 0800 298 3759 or call into your local branch.

1. An existing Swinton customer who renews their policy is entitled to £30 Cashback, subject to terms and conditions below.

2. A voucher entitling you to a £30 cheque at renewal of your existing annual Swinton policy will be issued to your home address in respect of a new annual policy taken out through Swinton by a customer to whom you recommend Swinton and who does not have any existing policy arranged through Swinton.

3. The voucher must be claimed by contacting your local branch with details of your recommended customer’s policy within 30 days of this policy start date.

4. Both Swinton policies must be in force when you claim your voucher.

5. The voucher is redeemable against the renewal of an annual Swinton policy.

6. You must send back the voucher to your local branch within 30 days of renewing your Swinton policy to claim your Cashback. Any voucher received after 30 days will not be accepted.

7. Your cheque will be sent to your home address within 14 days of the voucher being sent to the local branch.

8. Offer excludes Travel Insurance, Motor Breakdown and Home Emergency.

9. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.
