*Cashback offer: 1. New commercial vehicle customers who take out an annual policy between 1/11/08 and 31/12/09 are entitled to £50 cashback subject to terms and conditions as follows. 2. To claim the £50 cashback please quote reference "£50 Cashback" when taking out your policy. 3. A cashback claim form will then be sent with your policy documents. 4. The claim form needs to be filled in and sent back to Swinton Commercial in order for a cheque to be sent. 5. This cashback form should be sent to the return address shown on the form within 30 days of purchase. 6. A cheque in the name of the policyholder for the cashback amount will be sent to the address of the policy holder after 90 days of the policy start date. 7. No other form of payment is available. 8. If the policy is cancelled before the cheque is due or payments are not up to date, no payment will be made. 9. Offer not available to employees of Swinton, their families or employees of companies connected to Swinton. 10. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 11.
