1. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw
2. This prize draw is open to UK residents 18 and over (Excluding Northern Ireland).
3. To be entered into the prize draw you must visit www.swintontaxi.co.uk and fully complete the Renewal Reminder Service form including your name and taxi insurance renewal date. The form must be completed between 1st January and 31st December 2010.
4. Each entry will require you to submit to us your valid e-mail address and mobile phone number and by doing so you agree that Swinton may e-mail you or send you a text in the future about its promotions.
5. Each entry into this prize draw will count only in the month of entry. Entries will not be carried forward to future months.
6. Only one entry per person can be submitted for each monthly draw.
7. No entries will be accepted after midnight on the last day of each month.
8. The first prize draw will be made shortly after the first working day of the month and subsequent draws on the first working day of each month for 4 months.
9. The winner of each draw will be the first name drawn at random.
10. The prize for each draw is a TomTom ONE XL v3 IQ GB Satellite Navigation System.
11. The winners will be contacted by e-mail after the draw and will be required to reply to the e-mail within 30 days with their full postal address in order to claim their prize.
12. No other prize will be offered as an alternative.
13. Swinton’s decision in the matter will be final.
14. The winners will be required to participate in reasonable levels of publicity in relation to the draw.

16. Employees of Swinton Group Limited and their families, and anyone else involved in the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
