My Account puts you in control

Keep your details up-to-date

If your contact details change, you can easily and safely update your information.

View and renew your policy

When your policy is due for renewal your quote and documents will be available online, and you can choose to renew quickly and easily. 

Is there anything that I can’t do in My Account?

While My Account gives you control to manage your policy online, there are currently some things that can’t be done in My Account. If your Car or Home policy query is one of the following you’ll need to contact us:

  • If you choose to cancel your Car or Home policy for any reason.
  • If you need to pay a bill, clear an outstanding amount or change your payment details.
  • If you need to make a change to a policy before the cover start date.
  • If there are changes required to your policy once your renewal quote has been issued.
  • If you want to make changes regarding a medical condition, or add a driver with a medical condition.
  • If you have previously paid for policy in full, but would like to switch to pay monthly at renewal – or vice versa.

My Account has been designed so you can access it from most devices, so you’ll be able to manage your policy safely and securely via your PC or laptop, smart phone or tablet - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
