What do you need to do today?

Prior to your renewal date, you'll receive your renewal invite via email or through the post. 

If you receive your renewal invite via email, use the link in this email and it will take you to your renewal. Alternatively, you can renew by logging into your online account.

You can renew safely and securely 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on any device.

You must renew before your renewal date, or your policy will end and you'll be left without cover.

To renew your policy online:

  1. Login to your Online Account 
  2. Click 'View Your Renewal' next to the policy you wish to renew
  3. Take some time to read your documents, and check that nothing has changed
  4. If you need to change your cover level or any details, click the “edit” button and this will take you to the relevant part of your quote to update your policy. 
  5. Once you are happy to proceed with your renewal, click to confirm.
  6. Select the card you wish to pay with, or click 'Enter New Card Details' to add a new card
  7. You should now see a confirmation message

When you take out a policy, you have a 14-day cooling off period, in which, if you wish to cancel your policy, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel outside of this 14-day cooling off period, you will receive a pro-rata refund based on the length of your policy. 

You can cancel your policy 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on any device when you log into your Online Account.

To cancel your policy online:

  1. Login to your Online Account
  2. Click “Cancel your policy” next to the policy you wish to cancel
  3. Input the date you would like the cancellation to be effective from
  4. Select your reason for cancelling your policy
  5. Take some time to ensure you are cancelling the correct policy, as once cancelled, the policy becomes void and you will need to purchase a new policy to remain covered.
  6. Once you are happy to proceed with your cancellation, click “Cancel Policy” to confirm.
  7. You should now see a confirmation message, with the refund amount you are due to receive.

You can make a change on your policy 24/7 when you log into your Online Account portal.

Here you can amend your cover level, add or remove a lead driver (on applicable policies only) and change your details and marketing preferences.

Please note, you will not be able to change between single and annual policies, change the start date of your policy or your country of residence via the online portal. If you need to make any of these changes, you'll need to cancel your policy and take out a replacement policy.
