What information do I need to provide?
Within your portal you can:
- Provide the details of your trip
- Enter details of the incident
- Provide details of any damage to the vehicle or your personal effects
- Upload any relevant documents
- State how you wish to be reimbursed
Once your claim is complete you'll get a reference, which you can use if you need to contact us with any further information or questions.
Your insurer will then be in touch as soon as possible to process your claim.
