Our customer centric approach is why our Live Chat, Social Media and Contact Centre Support teams were amongst the nominees for the UK National Contact Centre Awards.
The awards have an excellent reputation for being of a very high standard and having reached their 23rd year, they are the UK’s longest running awards programme in the industry.
On 15th May 2018, over 700 industry professionals gathered at The Brewery, in London for the awards ceremony and an evening of celebrations.
After a comprehensive judging process, including face-to-face interviews, panel judging and site visits, we were thrilled to be announced as winners of the Contact Centre Support Team award.
Throughout the years, Swinton has been committed to working hard and doing what it right for our customers. This award is a huge testament to this and it’s great that our people have been recognised for their good work.
