  1. To enter the prize draw, you must follow the Swinton Insurance Facebook page & comment using #SwintonxSRD OR you must follow Swinton Insurance on Instagram & comment using #SwintonxSRD OR you must follow Swinton Insurance on Twitter & comment using #SwintonxSRD
  2. This prize draw will run from 1st September 2023 to 11.59pm on 15th September 2023
  3. The prize is as follows: 1x “Money Can’t Buy Experience” for 2 people (1x winner and one guest of their choice)
  4. The date of the experience is the 22nd September 2023
  5. The date of the experience cannot be moved or rearranged, if the winner is unable to attend, a different winner will be selected
  6. The winner will be liable to cover all travel expenses in order to attend the experience
  7. The Money Can't Buy Experience includes:
    1. A tour through the tunnel and into the dressing room
    2. Exclusive Q&A session in the dressing room with past and present players
    3. A first-class Platinum Dining experience, where you will be served a two-course meal by Salford Red Devils catering partners, Heathcote & Co.
    4. Following the meal, you’ll be escorted to pitch side to watch the players warm up before taking your seats with the Salford Red Devils Directors in the executive Willows Suite
    5. Should the team win, one lucky member of your group will be escorted downstairs to witness the team victory song.
    6. Post-match you will be presented with a signed shirt on stage in the 1873 Lounge before the Man of the Match Presentation.
  8. This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 and over.
  9. The prize is not transferable. No cash alternative will be made.
  10. The winners will be notified via social media within 2 working days of 15th of September 2023. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 2 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  12. The prize draw is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
  13. The prize draw cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  14. The prize draw can be withdrawn at any time.
  15. Employees of Atlanta Insurance Intermediaries Limited and Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
  16. The winners will be chosen by Swinton Insurance from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents and overseen by an independently appointed person.   17. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent for further information please see our privacy policy.
  18. The winner agrees that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the prize draw, may be used by Swinton Insurance for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. The winner may also be asked for a quote to be used in relation to the promotion. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
  20. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. The prize draw  and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  22. Entry into the prize draw by you (the entrant), will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
