These fees are non-refundable and are payable at the time of the transaction to which it relates.
The table below shows the charges applicable at the time of issuing.

Cancellations after the 'cooling off' period | £50.00 | Not charged on the cancellation of the following policies: Riders Legal Protection, Excess Insurance, Helmets & Leathers Cover, Motorcycle Personal Accident Cover and Breakdown Cover. |
Direct Debit defaults | £25.00 | We offer credit through PremFina Ltd. or Close Brothers Premium Finance. Full details of their charges will be provided in any credit agreement and pre contract information by the credit provider. |

Where a transaction would result in a refund to you or a payment you owe to us of less than £1, due to the cost of processing, this amount will be retained by us as an additional service charge or written off.
