What do you need today?

If you have Car, Home or Motorbike insurance, the quickest and easiest way to renew is online using My Account.

If you have opted in to auto-renew and nothing has changed on your renewal, you don't need to contact us. We'll renew your policy automatically so you remain covered. If you pay for your policy annually, you will need to ensure your card details are up to date on your account, otherwise your policy will not automatically renew. 

You can check details of your renewal 24/7 online in My Account, including your renewal documents, by logging in and selecting "Renew Policy" on the relevant policy. Please take some time to read your renewal documents, and check that nothing has changed.

If you have chosen to opt-out of auto-renewal, you can still renew online quickly and easily:

  1. Login to My Account
  2. Select 'Renew policy' on the relevant policy
  3. Take some time to read your documents, and check that nothing has changed

If you pay monthly;

  1. Tick the box in the 'What happens next?' section and select 'Confirm' to complete your renewal

If you pay annually;

  1. Tick the box in the 'What happens next?' section and select "Renew Policy Now" to proceed
  2. Select the card you wish to pay with, or select 'Enter New Card Details' to add a new card
  3. You should now see a 'Thank You' confirmation message
  4. You must renew before your renewal date, or your policy will end and you will be left without cover.

If your details have changed and you need to make a change to your policy before renewing, can't renew online or would like to discuss your policy, please start a Live Chat via our website.

Did you know?

You can now change your payment method at renewal in My Account, giving you the option to either pay in full or by monthly direct debit regardless of how you made payment last year.

You’ll need your Policy Number to hand — this can be found on your confirmation letter or email.

You can change your address for your Home Insurance policy 24/7 in My Account. We don't apply a service charge for changes made online.

To change the address to be insured on your Home Insurance policy:

  1. Login to My Account and click the 'Make a Change' button
  2. Select 'Yes' if you would like the change to take effect from today
    Or choose 'No' and select another date
  3. From the drop-down, choose 'Change property details'
  4. Click 'Confirm' to proceed
  5. Select 'Replace Current Property'
  6. Enter the details of your new property
  7. Check the rest of the information to ensure it's still correct
  8. Click 'Get Quote’

You'll see a quote for any increase or decrease in your premium as a result of your change of address or any other amendments before you decide to proceed. There may be a change to your premium as a result of this change. Accepting the new quote will make the amendments to your address and postcode, and your documents will be updated online.

If you can’t see the 'Make a Change' button, you may not be able to make a change to your policy at this time. Please contact us via Live Chat and our team can look into this for you.

You can change the details of your property 24/7 in My Account. Changes could include the number of occupants or bedrooms, whether you own or rent the property, or the type of roof.

We don't apply a service charge for changes made online.

To update the property details on your Home Insurance policy:

  1. Login to My Account and click the 'Make a Change' button
  2. Select 'Yes' if you would like the change to take effect from today
    Or choose 'No' and select another date
  3. From the drop-down, choose 'Change property details'
  4. Click 'Confirm' to proceed
  5. Under ‘Amend Your Property Details’, edit your details as required.
  6. Click 'Get Quote’

You'll see a quote for any increase or decrease in your premium as a result of your change before you decide to proceed. There may be a change to your premium as a result of this change. Accepting the new quote will make the amendments to your address and postcode, and your documents will be updated online.

If you can’t see the 'Make a Change' button, you may not be able to make a change to your policy at this time. Please contact us via Live Chat and our team can look into this for you.

You can change the cover on your Contents or Buildings Insurance 24/7 in My Account.

Changes could include the amount of cover you have for personal belongings outside the property, or adding cover for an individual item worth £2,000 or over.

We don't apply a service charge for changes made online.

To update your Contents or Buildings Insurance cover:

  1. Login to My Account and click the 'Make a Change' button
  2. Select 'Yes' if you would like the change to take effect from today
    Or choose 'No' and select another date
  3. From the drop-down, choose ‘Change Contents cover’ or ‘Change Buildings Cover’
  4. Click 'Confirm' to proceed
  5. Make changes to your Contents or Buildings cover as required.
  6. Click ‘Get Quote’

You'll see a quote for any increase or decrease in your premium as a result of your change before you decide to proceed. There may be a change to your premium as a result of doing this. Accepting the new quote will make the amendments to your car details and your documents will be updated online.
