How does Multi-Bike Insurance work?
Multi-Bike Insurance allows you to insure up to 4 bikes on one insurance policy. You can buy a Multi-Bike Insurance policy even if you own several types of bikes.
How much does Multi-Bike Insurance cost?
The cost of Multi-Bike Insurance is dependent upon a number of things, including the bikes that are being insured, the age of the person being insured, the address where the bikes are being kept, claims history, usage, security and whether the bike has any modifications.
How is a multi-bike quote calculated?
A “lead bike” is determined from the bikes being covered (generally the highest risk/most expensive to insure individually) and a base premium is calculated on this vehicle. Additional bikes are added at either a flat fee, or an additional premium based on their value.
How many bikes can be covered on a multi-bike policy?
You can add up to four bikes through Swinton’s Multi-Bike Insurance, and we can consider any combination of bike from classic and sports to trikes and scooters. Talk to us if you already have one bike insured through Swinton and would like to add more.
