Do you know the UK drink driving limit? In a recent survey of 2000 people, Swinton found that only one in ten (11%) people with a full driving licence could correctly identify the drink driving limit. The rest either admitted they didn't know it or guessed incorrectly.

What are the legal alcohol limits when driving?

The legal alcohol limit across England, Wales and Northern Ireland is 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood or 0.08 BAC (blood alcohol concentration). In Scotland, the drink drive limit is lower at 0.05 BAC.
